To acknowledge the exemplary, outstanding, generous and altruistic actions & lifetime accomplishments that have benefited the profession of physiotherapy in Iran, Professor Mohsen Hashemi, the father of physiotherapy in Iran and Dr Esmail Ebrahimi the president of Iranian Physiotherapy Association have been bestowed the honorary degree of Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) by National University of Medical Sciences.
